Now, this is one you've all seen before. And I'm so happy because I could get a better version of it than before! Please ignore me and the backs/shadows of people in the background. 
Now, I really don't know how the hell the poor woman who wore this got out of doorways! They must have made them big in those days! The skirt is just lovely though and the pattern is of some leaves/vines and the popular flowers. There is an awful lot of lace on the sleeves too, so I think we can safely say this dress was made to show off! There are also 3 red ribbons used to tie this huge overdress over your bodice/underskirts.
